Shipping Methods and Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Portugal and the United States.

Processing Time

Due to the fragile nature of our handcrafted ceramics, we take great care in securely packing your items. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume during peak seasons

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Carriers & Warehousing

To ensure your tableware arrives safely and efficiently, we ship from our regional facilities:

  • Portugal Warehouse: Travessa da Picadela 106, 4500-419 Espinho.

    • Carriers: CTT, DPD, DHL.

  • USA Warehouse: 1709 Broadway St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413.

    • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

Incorrect Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Beeniro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery details with the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and contact your local authorities.

Damaged Packages

If your ceramic order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@beeniro.com with clear photos of the damaged item and the original protective packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beeniro.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
